I am trying to create a full width masonry portfolio – with categorized items – but on my page portfolio grid, only white boxes appear, with the portfolio item name within the box.
Clicking on the box leads to the image on another page.
I’ve created portfolio categories, and a few portfolio items but does not seem to work.

I would like the masonry portfolio images and categories to appear on the same page, just as on Kriesi demo site for the Enfold / portfolio / masonry portfolio page.

Could you provide the step-by-step creation process ?

Is the second video out yet ?

This 1st video does not help me much.

I am having the exact same issue. Watched the video, but it did not help. How can I get the masonry portfolio to pull images, or at least one representative image from a specific gallery? Can you outline how the masonry portfolio works in terms of where it’s pulling the images from? If I have a gallery of multiple images, how can I get one to appear in the masonry portfolio and then link to the entire gallery?
If I want individual images to appear from multiple galleries how do I do that?
    Thanks so much,

    Hi!

I’m waiting on the next release to do the follow up video but the only thing not covered in detail is using tags to designate specific widths.

For each portfolio item you *must* designate a featured image using the WordPress featured image. That image is what gets used for the portfolio grid, masonry etc.

    See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/create-new-portfolio-item/

The masonry layout doesn’t have support for choosing alternate images for each item. Only a single image can be designated using the featured media option.

    Cheers!
    Devin
