    Hey guys,

    There is a black line showing above the footer on one page (that I know of) on my site, and only in Firefox. Will paste url below. Why is this showing?

    Thanks!

    Best,
    Jonathan

    Hi!

    Can you post a screenshot? This is how it looks on my end http://i.imgur.com/JvKwza6.jpg

    Hey!

    I have tagged Josue so he can check your website on his Mac. There is no black border visible on Firefox on Win7

    Hey guys,

    Just wondering if there was any further insight on this? I admit it’s a minor issue so no rush, but would be nice to clear up.

    Thanks,
    Jonathan

    Hey!

    Try adding this code to the Quick CSS:

    #gemfind{
    border-bottom: 0 !important;
    outline: 0 !important;
    box-shadow: none !important;
    }

    Cheers!

    Hi Josue,

    I included the code but the black line is still there. It’s weird because it’s only on the url/diamonds/ page.

    Hi!

    On your original screenshot can you point out exactly which line it is? http://i.imgur.com/ICI053x.png

    I’m just not sure what it is we are trying to address. Sorry about that, I know to you it probably stands out like a blinking red light but with how many variations of themes we see it can all blend together a bit.

    Regards,
    Devin

    Hi Devin, for sure. It’s the thin black line separating the footer from the main content. It’s a very thin line, just 1 pixel high but it’s weird in that it is ONLY on this page. It’s not on any other pages or even the other page with an iframe (which was setup the same way exactly as this page). I don’t know why it would only be showing here.

    I totally understand if this is too minor and you’d rather not spend time on it. It’s just a minor aesthetic annoyance as I’d like all my pages to be uniform… but honestly I’m probably just the only person who would notice this. If you know the reason and an easy fix then please let me know otherwise I’ll bug you on more important matters =)

    Best,
    Jonathan

    I still don’t see it but maybe its just a rendering issue. The color of the border there is the exact some color code as the footer background color.

    In browser with dev tools you can remove the footer background color and see it more clearly.

    Ok, thanks that sounds as it should be. I don’t know why my screen renders it with the line… will leave for now.
