    I would like to create customized portfolio grid view, where single items are shown mostly as a textual list items, similar to this.

    How to achieve this?

    Ismael,
    thank you for your suggestion. Yet, I am not sure if theming single items require hiring dedicated company.

    All I want to do is to change display of the single image & text (title and excerpt).

    Any further suggestions?

    frankly speaking I was expecting a proposal with suggestion on how to start to override theming functions / styles in proper way and NOT the complete solution.
