Hi,
I noticed an issue on Enfold 2.4.2 & 2.4.1, which I replicated on temporary/local websites, so I’m probably not the only one experiencing this.
Basically, when a primary menu is enabled, all the “i” become “I” on the secondary top menu , on the Enfold Latest News widget & Enfold Combo Widget.
The text is on the primary menu itself is ok, but it seems to be provoking the problem elsewhere.
Problem happens so far only with the default Open Sans font.
Hey Shallnotbe!
I’m not really sure what you mean. I use Open Sans on my personal site right now and just did a quick test and had no issue. The font is loaded in from Google Fonts as well and you can see its output here as well: http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Open+Sans
As far as I know there is nothing that the theme does specific to the letter ‘i’ so the font should just be rendering exactly as it comes from google.
Best regards,
Devin
Thanks for the support Devin.
Turns out the problem doesn’t come from Enfold, but it’s a browser issue with Google Chrome, at least with versions 30-31.
Everything runs fine on Firefox.
But on a fresh install of Chrome when there’s a secondary menu on top of the page (I’m on responsive default + boxed layout + fixed header with social icons) the problem appears.
