Full width slider dosen't work

Hi There,
We have been working on a full width slider and there’re some issues that we need answers ASAP:
1) Why only the first slide shows up and the rest won’t?
2) no arrows on the sides…
3) A layer (which containts a link) within the 1st slide, won’t be displayed as well.
please note: while we’re loged in and previewing our slidre than it seems that everything works fine. But once we’re out of the admin panel than the slider dosen’t work.

And one more issue with regard to this:
How should we set up the silder to fit mobile devices as for now it looks way too small without any proprortion to the rest of the page features?
