    Hi there,

    I just downloaded the most recent version of your theme on a brand-new WordPress install. I clicked on the “Import Dummy Data” button and I get the “Import worked out” message, but no data was actually uploaded when I went to look in Posts or Portfolio, etc. I have my PHP upload size limit set to 128 MB and I have been able to upload other media…
    I have tried this in both Chrome and Firefox browsers.

    Any ideas on what could be going wrong – or is there a way I can download it from you guys and try to manually upload it myself?

    Hey!

    I would suggest trying to re-install the theme files via FTP following this video: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/64927356

    Make sure there are no failures on upload for any files and then give it another try.

    If it doesn’t work, can you list out the server specs and host here? Maybe we can spot something there.

    We did not get any specs. Please follow the easy instructions here to reinstall using FTP
