    I noticed that when using the visual builder and use a latest post object, it shows the posts with excerpt and read more link.

    but on the page i use for the blog , it shows the full posts.

    i want to have the blog archive to also show excerpts and read more link.

    how do i get this done? its weird, i cannot see any setting for that.

    any update on this? this shouldnt be hard. my guess its a change from the_content -> the_excerpt in some file? please point me in the right direction.
