Contact Submit Button

I have the contact form configured and it will not let me send email, the name field goes red like there is no data in the field regardless of if there is actually text in the field.

Also website displays beautifully across Chrome and Firefox but not on IE. I’m running IE 10 and the main slideshow pictures are tiling and do not scroll Parallax on any of the picture on the home page.
