Do you have a contact form widget that you like for the sidebar?

Hey segalmedia!

You can add “Contact Form” shortcode in a Text widget. To do so, please switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand > Content Elements > Contact Form http://i.imgur.com/a7O2W4U.jpg
You can create your Contact form and copy the shortcode and paste inside a text widget in Appearance > Widgets
