    Hi,

    I am having trouble getting my enfold site to update. I’ve followed the instructions, checked and double-checked my username API key were correct, but it’s still showing the old version. What am I doing wrong?

    Also, when it updates, will it keep all the work I’ve done to date?

    Hey JS!

    You can update it manually. You just need to go to ThemeForest > Downloads and download it.
    For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750

    If you have not made any changes on theme files, nothing will change. If you made changes on files and if you are not using a child theme, then you will lose those changes.
