    Hi,

    I have tried to add icon font following your video tutorial and it doesn’t work. I can upload the zip file, and see it in the list after upload but, if I reload theme panel the new fonts vanish.
    Do you have any idea because I don’t have any error message.

    Hi Erdrol,

    Did you originally try and upload the Entypo font again? I’m not sure whats happened but the font upload isn’t recognizing the font files properly. I’m not sure if its a permissions issue or if the server is just not unzipping the zip or what really.

    I’m going to tag Kriesi to take a look at it but he’ll probably want to take a look at the FTP for the server as well if he doesn’t recognize the issue outright.

    Hello!

    You have a lot of plugins installed. I don’t want to mess up with your plugin settings. Have you tried deactivating all of them, see if the issue persist?

    Hello,

    The upload folder is already with 777.
    The avia_fonts and avia_temp was already created. Same for folder dynamic_avia

    All of these folders inherited the 777 rights.
    I have reduce htaccess setup to the default wordpress minimum setup.

    Problem still here

    Any more ideas ?

    Hey!

    Unfortunately without access to the server It might be impossible for us to solve the issue. are you willing to create an FTP account so we can log in and see which files are created and why it wont finish the job of extracting everything properly?

    Hey!

    if the problem is displaying the same way as in your other installation that might be sufficient :)

    I will need wordpress admin access and access to the FTP upload folder so I can try and find a solution.
