Fatal Error upon 1st time install and activation (vsn 2.3.1)

OK, arrrgh! Getting a little frustrated straight out of the gate here… Getting fatal errors upon installing plugin and now as I paste my Fatal errors into this forum box and submit, I’m getting errors on your site as well. I can’t get your theme to work and I can’t submit a forum post showing the errors I’m getting. Can you plz pm me your email or some other way to get proper support or just refund me? I don’t have time to deal with these kinds of issues. I need a fast install and to get my site up and working quickly.
