    I have set the padding to 2 to reduce the space below a heading. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t leading to an inconsistent format across pages. Can you help me see what I’m doing wrong please. http://www.judithcosletthr.co.uk Example page with heading spacing correct: Home then click Performance Management in box below.     .flex_column + .avia_textblock { padding-top: 5px; }
