Hello. We just tried changing the name of our child theme before we deploy a site. However, as soon as we changed the name, the theme settings reset to default and lost our customizations. When we changed the name back to what it was, the settings came back.
Is there a way to change th child theme name without resetting the theme settings?
Hi unclemurray!
No, unfortunately not. WordPress saves all of your theme settings based on the folder name of the theme.

Is this stored in SQL devin? Like could we find/replace the old child name with the new child bname via sql?
Hey!
You could try at your own risk, the WordPress settings are stored in the wp_options table, the name of the row that contains Enfold settings should be something like ‘avia_options_enfold’.
