I am trying to figure out the best way to add .swf banners to my portfolio pages. I am not a great coder!!!

You can generate embed codes for your .swf files here http://www.bannersnack.com/blog/clicktag-swf-embed-code-generator/ and copy/paste the code inside a Tex Block element. Make sure that you are in Text Tab while adding embed code http://i.imgur.com/Tej3kCN.jpg
