I did the auto upgrade from the backend. I just toggled the search icon off for the main nav and now the header logo will not display on any of the pages. Regarding the search, would it be possible to display the search box and not just the icon and it would be nice if the site search was ajax enabled as well.
Thanks!
Hi,
Can you post the link to your website please?

If a toggle on a different header type in the theme settings, then the default Enfold logo image will appear. The issue appears with “Header with social icons and bottom navigation”. This wasn’t an issue until I tried the new “Append search icon to main menu” feature. Try it locally and see.
Thanks
Hi xyzb,
It sounds like something is corrupted in either your install or from an odd conflict with a plugin. The default logo shouldn’t ever show up no matter what header option is chosen.
So first thing to do is disable any active plugins you have running. See if that helps things. If not, re-download the theme files from your downloads on ThemeForest and then install via FTP folder by folder and make sure there are no upload failures.
For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP:

Hi,
Every instance that I have installed, either on localhost or on a remote host, has always shown the Enfold default logo. This inclludes installing the dummy data as well. I will try the FTP method and see what happens.
Thanks for your quick response.
The default logo will show on the first installation but once you’ve added in your own it should always show that. Just to be clear on what I meant.
Right – I haven’t added mine yet.
Hello!
You can set a custom logo on the option page (Enfold > General Settings).
