    Hi,

    I’m experiencing an issue after updating my website.

    The frontend is working normally and the site loads without any problems. However, the WordPress backend for specifically one site keeps loading continuously and I’m unable to edit the page at all.

    What I have tried so far:
    – Created a full backup
    – Cleared cache
    – Restored two older backups (the issue still persists)

    Do you have any idea what might be causing this?
    Could this be related to the recent update or a plugin conflict?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The site is not loading at all on our end. Did you update the theme to version 7.1.3? You may need to switch the installation to debug mode and enable the error logs to find what’s causing the infinite loading. Please check this documentation.
