Hi,
We are using Enfold on several of our websites, but we have a problem on just one, where we cannot see the update for Enfold on the WordPress dashboard. The dashbiard shows this message: “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (7.1)”
We have created a token and we have followed the same process as on the other websites, but we are just not able to update Enfold here.
We are using an Enfold Child Theme, but this is true for all our sites, so we don’t think this is the cause of the problem.
I have created a new token, but that did not solve the problem. I also tried using the License For Envato plugin, but that did not solve the issue either.
Could you help me determine what is causing this issue? Have you encountered this problem before?

Is the site hosted on a different server? It’s possible that the server cannot communicate properly with the Envato server for various reasons, such as firewall or security restrictions. You may need to contact your hosting provider or try to update the theme manually via FTP.

Thank you for the quick response and the tip regarding the server restrictions!
All our websites are hosted on the very same server. Unfortunately, this means that a communication issue due to firewall or server-specific restrictions is likely not the cause of the error, as the updates work perfectly on the other two sites. So, your initial suggestion is not applicable in our case.Do you have any other ideas what might cause the Enfold update not to show up on just this one site under these circumstances?
