Dear team,
I could not find another place on the website to write a message, hence I will do it through here.
We have been using our WordPress website (atube-highfidelity.nl) with Kriesi Child Theme for years and are experiencing some problems for which we would like support. The creator of our website had created his own theme (with Kriesi Child Theme) and is still running for about 8 years with no updates I think.
We wish to ask a question on the forum but we have no purchase code and are unable to retrieve this. Could you help us out further? Thank you!
