My hosting provider, GoDaddy, updated my setting to the maximum permitted. Please see the site info.php in the Private Content below.

After making changes in Advanced Styling and clicking Save all changes, I receive the notice All options saved. But, the changes are not saved.

I tried disabling all plugins, clearing the hosting cache, clearing the browser cache, going to the Performance setting and Disable CSS and Javascript Compression and Merging and Delete Old CSS And JS Files.

    Please see Private Content below.

    Can you please help me?
    Thank you.

    Hey classywebsites,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

The changes made to Advanced Styling seem to be working correctly. We configured the H1 element in the Advanced Styling panel and created a test page using the Special Heading element. We also temporarily disabled the file compression settings. Please check the private field.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

It looks like you tested the Live site instead of the Staging site.
The issue is Advanced Styling Advanced Styling Not Saving on the Child Theme on the Staging Site.
For example: I go to Edit Element Buttons Border Radius to 20px on Advanced Styling on the Child Theme on the Staging Site [Staging Site url in Private Data] and click Save all changes. I receive the notice All options saved.
Then, I go to Performance on the Child Theme on the Staging Site and Disable setting and Disable CSS and Javascript Compression and Merging and turn On the Delete Old CSS And JS Files. This leaves the toggle to the right. I clear the hosting cache on the Staging Site and clear the browser cache.
Then, I go to Performance on the Child Theme on the Staging Site and Merge setting and Merge CSS and Javascript Compression and Merging and turn Off the Delete Old CSS And JS Files. This leaves the toggle to the left. I clear the hosting cache on the Staging Site and clear the browser cache.
When I go to the Home page of the Child Theme on the Staging Site that has many buttons, none of the buttons have Radius 20px.
Then, I go back to Edit Element Advanced Styling Advanced Styling on the Child Theme on the Staging Site and click the red X on the right hand corner on the history of old changes to avoid any confusion.
Then, I go to Edit Element Buttons Border Radius on Advanced Styling Advanced Styling on the Child Theme on the Staging Site and it still says Default instead of 20px.
Can you please help me fix this on the Staging Site?
    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

It seems to be working correctly in the staging site. We set the button border radius from 20px to 30px.

Please make sure to purge the cache before checking the page. It’s also recommended to temporarily disable file compression settings while editing the site.

We also created a test page. (see private field)

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Thank you for testing the Child Theme on the Staging Site.
I described above that I was clicking the red X on the right hand corner of the Element in Advanced Styling to hide history of changes.
Is it true that clicking the red X deletes the changes made for that Element?

If I do not click the red box and save change, then set Button Radius to 20px and All Headings (H1-H6) Text Transform to None, why does my Home page look good on desktop, but loses those settings on smaller screens and mobile? Please see the headings and buttons in Insurance Litigation, Real Property Litigation and the other boxes on desktop, smaller screens and mobile.
Can you please check and please help me fix it?
    Thank you.

    Hi,

why does my Home page look good on desktop, but loses those settings on smaller screens and mobile?

The issue occurred because a css media query in the Quick CSS field was not closed properly. We have corrected the css code. Please make sure to purge the cache before testing the page.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
