I just want to give some feedback on the fact that if the token is missing, there is NO way to know the theme is out of date unless you change your change log. My site says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (6.0.2)” which is a LIE. There is nothing on the main WordPress updater; the only way I found this was by checking the theme options settings. There should be a notification for the normal WordPress update section of WordPress that gives the error, or at least says there is an update available. This would keep sites from getting far out of maintenance. This would also help your revenue by more people buying licenses.
The current issue is that we have the old way of old Envato API, which gives me no notification unless I go to theme options. This is a big problem, please fix this.
