When I try to edit a Custom Element “Team Member” I receive this error:
    >An error occurred
    >Error occured when trying to connect to server.

See please Private Content for more information.

However, if I modify other Custom Elements or other Content Elements, I can save them without receiving any errors.
So it seems to be a specific error related to the “Team Member”
I am on a site with WPML. The plugin and theme are up to date.
Do you have any suggestions, please?

    (Update)
I’ve done several tests on other sites where I use Enfold, and I get the same error :( 😳
I always get the error when I save changes to the “Team Member” Custom Element.

    Best regards,
    Oriano

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

We were able to reproduce the same issue and found an error in the enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/class-element-templates.php file.

Please try to edit the class-element-templates.php file and replace its contents with the following code: https://pastebin.com/NaPqGZWS

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Good morning, Ismael,
I tried the new file class-element-templates.php and it seems to solve the problem: now I can save changes to the Custom Element ‘Team Member’.

Many thanks, Ismael and all Enfold Support, for your reactivity, confirming that we loyal Enfold users can count on excellent technical support and the continuous development of ‘our’ Enfold (4ever).

    Best regards,
