    Hello,

    I have just purchased a license in order to access help and support, but I received the following message when trying to register it:

    “We are sorry but this does not seem to be a valid purchase key.”

    Could you please help me resolve this as soon as possible? It’s quite urgent, as I’m currently unable to work on my content.
