    i cannot, for the life of me, find the download for the latest may update for enfold. Where do i find it? It is not automatically appearing in wordpress. is that normal?

    hi. WHERE IS THE DOWNLOADS SECTION?! My theme IS registered. Your site is incredibly difficult to navigate and it’s not obvious where to find things. pls reply with something like – 1. go to account overview OR wherever i should go 2. click on x y or z, 3. then click on x y or z

    I need step by step WHERE to find the downloads or i would not have contacted you. thank you.

    i work on a mac which automatically unzipped the file and wordpress wont upload the entire unzipped file. can you send instructions on how to upload when the file has been unzipped?

    If you have downloaded the theme package from Themeforest, then unpack it on your local machine, then install the enfold.zip file located in the unpacked directory.

    Rikard – you told me to download your plugin at this URL. https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ – PLS READ WHAT YOU WROTE IN THIS CHAIN. that is what i did. once you unpack it wordpress does not allow you to upload an entire folder. only ONE file. which one to i upload or how do i keep the file from UNzipping?

    Let’s try something else too – this error message appears in wordpress dashboard – so where do i find the token?

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occurred:

    Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
    username Your private token is invalid.
    email Your private token is invalid.
    Purchases: A problem occurred accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    i figured out how to get the token. installed it. why would the token have broken? I have installed this in the past. If i still need the plugin, pls advise how to install it as per my previous quesiton.

    Don’t open the file on your local machine. If it opens the file automatically, then you would have to check the settings on your local machine.

    Hi,
    Above you write the error is “An error occurred while updating Enfold: Could not move the old version to the upgrade-temp-backup directory.” this might be related to folder permissions, try to fix the issue by creating the /wp-content/upgrade-temp-backup folder manually, then set the permission to 775.
    If I’m looking at the correct site your Envato Market plugin doesn’t have a token:

    Note that the Envato Market plugin doesn’t use the same permissions as the theme, so please read carefully when creating a token:

    I can’t see your screenshot, I think the error is with your server (webhost) Please include an FTP access in the Private Content area and we will try updating via FTP for you.

    Thanks for your patience, unfortunately I can not login though siteground.com as they are asking for the one-time code sent to your email.
    Can you provide a direct FTP access so we can login?
    Also please create a full backup including your database, I don’t expect problems, but just in case it would be good to know that you have a backup.

    Thanks for the login, your file structure was not correct, it took me a couple of tries and your site crashed a couple of times, but it looks OK now.
    Please clear your browser cache and check now.
    I note that your header menu is too long for your site, I don’t recall if this was the case before, you can fix this at:
    Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Layout ▸ Dimensions

    mike. thx for updating the theme. I appreciate that. A few things:
    1. the header menu DID FIT before. I increased the dimensions to 1810 and it looks exactly the same. What else can you recommend?
    2. Will the theme be able to update automatically from within wordpress as it is supposed to next time?

    I’m not sure if you will be able to update correctly next time, I corrected your file structure so I’m thinking it will be OK but we will need to wait and see.
