Attempting to update Enfold from 6.0.6 to 7.0 (and now 7.1).
I use the upload of the enfold.zip method inside of the WordPress themes, then typically just select the replace current with new option.
Not ever getting to that point.
As soon as I select the enfold.zip to upload it, I get a 500 server error.
    I can’t explain it.

Hosting is wordpress on windows managed via Plesk control panel.
This client has been on this method of histing easily for 10 years and I think has used enfold the entire time… I can’t explain why this is happening.

I update dozens of sites this way, only enfold on this one particular site is causing this problem.
What’s really strange, is that this same sites staging site (a direct copy of the production site), the 7.x updates have applied just fine to.

    Any thoughts?

    Hey Rod,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Did you extract the actual enfold.zip file from the ThemeForest package? If the issue persists, you may need to update the theme manually via FTP.

    Best regards,
