When I go into to edit a webpage, the main Enfold window is blank. The pages are fine on the server but are no longer editable. All the plugins on the site are up to date. We haven’t done anything new.

Thank you for the inquiry.
The site contains a very old version of the theme, 5.6.9. This has to be updated to version 7.0.1 via FTP.
