    I would like that in the transparent header the magnificent glass was white.

    Hey Antonio,
    Try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

    .av_header_transparency.header_color .main_menu .dgwt-wcas-ico-magnifier-handler {
	fill: #fff;
}

    After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.
