I have a download button that I have set up a dozen times in a dozen different ways. i can’t get it to work. Each time the published button is clicked it returns a “nothing found” error. I have even duplicated other buttons that are working and replaced the link but it does not work. Additionally I have hosted the file on other servers and tried to publish but still “nothing found”. I’m embarrassed to say i can’t get a simple button to work but I need help.

Thank you for the inquiry.
Looks like you have already managed to make this work. If not, please edit the button, set the Content > Link Settings or File Download > Button Type to File Download Button, and then Select a File for Download. Let us know how it goes.

IsmaelI think you will find that this is exactly what I have done. I still can’t get the file to load on the public site. I have tried it as a link and as a download but it won’t work either way.

It looks like the login that you posted for us is not admin, so we can not see your theme settings, functions.php, ect.
Nonetheless, when I check your grid row the 1/5 cell that the button is in, it has a cell column link that points to a file that doesn’t exist, this cell column link has priory over the button file link.
You do not need two links, so remove the cell column link and only use the button link, or correct the cell column link and remove the button link, or make both the same.Best regards,
