    Hi

    I have just updated the main site using All-in-One WP migration plugin and the site looks pretty good apart from some pages either not styling properly or some of the page not styling properly i.e. headers, separator and padding in grid cells.

    The staging looks much better although it is now out of date a bit compared t the main site but you can see what it should look like. In Local (Flywheel) it is all looking perfect. It is only once it has been migrated it looks wrong.

    I have included the link to the site and staging and also admin details to the site.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hey distortedimage,

    Please try to toggle the file compression options and activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance. We cannot login to your site since the default WordPress login page is redirecting to the front page.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard

    That looks like it has sorted it although each time I update CSS or something I have to keep doing the delete and toggle of minimise settings. Is that just what needs to be done?

    Also do you know why when in mobile on the pond clean page (link below) the packages are showing with the buttons higher than normal and they cover some of the text. I had added margins, padding etc but no matter what I try they do not look like they are behaving as normal where elements appear below the one above.

    Any insights would be awesome

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We recommend disabling the cache plugin and compression settings while editing the site. Once you’re done, you can enable these options again. Regarding the other issue, please provide a screenshot using platforms like Savvyify, Imgur, or Dropbox.

    Hi

    Please see the image attached to see the behaviour of the buttons placed over elements above. This is in mobile view. I tried adding margins, padding nbsp and br but othing seems to push the buttons below the element

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for the screenshot.

    Looks like you managed to add spacing above the button with this css code.

    #package-section .avia-button-wrap {
        padding-top: 3.5em !important;
        padding-bottom: .2em !important;
    }

    Hi Ismael

    I did add the padding which looks like it has solved it but it does not appear to be working fully. Most of the time when I go on to the site I get the button over the text and sometimes it looks ok.

    I found if you refresh the page it then moves the button over the text. I tried adding extra space in the slider using the separator/whitespace also increased the padding but it does not appear to be doing anything.

    I have attached an image to show the padding etc and it looks like the button take up a lot of space which is overlaying the elements above. It is very strange.

    Could you try refreshing the page in mobile view please to see if you see the issue?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Did you remove the page pond-cleans? It is no longer accessible and the admin details are now invalid. Did you fix the issue?

    Best regards,

    Hi Ismael

    Sorry I did do some work last night and uploaded new version which lost the admin user I had set up.

    I have got it working although I have used transparent png files as spacers but this does appear to have done the trick.

    Thanks for your assistance on this. Do you think what I have done is ok?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    It’s not really necessary to use transparent PNG images as spacers. You can simply use css to adjust the margin or padding of the button or the element above it.

    Hi Ismael

    Yeah that’s what I thought but we were clearly getting issues with this approach and the buttons were showing over text. The only think that seemed to work was the spacer image forcing the button to move down.

    It did not matter how large I made the padding or margins etc it did not fix the issue so that’s why I resorted to the spacer.

    Due to time constraints I will leave the spacer image but revisit it to see if I can figure out what is going on.

    Thanks for your help. When I revisit it I may need further assistance.
