    Hi
    wie sorge ich dafür, dass der Absender eine Nachricht erhält, in der auch seine Nachricht an mich als Kopie erhalten ist?

    Beispiel:
    Mail an mich:

    Anrede: Herr
    Vorname: Max
    Name: Mustermann
    Straße/Hausnr.: Musterstrasse
    PLZ: 64380
    Ort: Musterstadt
    Land: Musterland
    Telefon: 123456789

    Der Absender soll eine Kopie davon erhalten die so aussieht:

    Vielen Dank für deine Mail
    Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aenean commodo ligula eget dolor. Aenean massa. Cum sociis natoque penatibus et magnis dis parturient montes, nascetur ridiculus mus. Donec quam felis,

    Folgende Daten wurden an mich übermittelt:

    Anrede: Herr
    Vorname: Max
    Name: Mustermann
    Straße/Hausnr.: Musterstrasse
    PLZ: 64380
    Ort: Musterstadt
    Land: Musterland
    Telefon: 123456789

    Hey MarcusJeroch,
    If you use the Contact Form > Backend > Autoresponder the sender will receive message. You must add a Autorespond Text for it you work.
    For example:
    Screen Shot 2025 03 09 at 9.30.33 AM
    You get this email:
    Screen Shot 2025 03 09 at 9.32.43 AM
    the sender gets this email:
    Screen Shot 2025 03 09 at 9.34.49 AM
    otherwise use a plugin like Contact Form 7, which provides more flexibility and options for form functionality.

    es funktioniert nicht.
    Sicher, dass nur das Feld “Autorespond Text” befüllt werden muss?

    and the email addresses:
    Enfold Support 6613
    perhaps your email is in the spam folder, or it is being marked as spame and the server is deleting it. Try using a email address from your domain and set your site to use SMTP for sending emails with a login and password instead of using the default WP php mail.

    Warum steht da “Leave blank if not needed.” obwohl es laut Dir opffenbar doch gebraucht wird?

    Ausserdem:
    1: Ich nutze WP Mail SMTP bereits seit langem – auch hier.
    2: Sie ist nicht im Spam-Ordner
    Funktioniert immer noch nicht

    Hi,
    Perhaps it is being marked as spam and the server is deleting it, please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can test with our email addresses.
    As you can see from the screenshots above, it is working for us on our install.
