    Dear Support Team,

    We renewed our license for the theme at ThemeForest on November 21, 2024. In our ThemeForest account, it states that our license is valid for three more months from now. When i visit your site it there is a banner stating that our license is expired. I could not find a new license code in my documents – I assumed that ThemeForest would automatically extend my license at Kriesi.

    Please try to paste your purchase code again if the forum is asking for it when trying to open a new thread. If you should need further help, then please let us know which account you are trying to login with and which purchase code you are using.
