Hello friends, I am writing to you because I am currently using your Enfold theme and suddenly the footer has stopped being displayed completely, and in the configuration everything seems to be correct, can you help me?

Are you overriding footer.php or header.php in a child theme? If so, then try replacing those files with the parent theme files.

RikardHi Rikard, thank you very much for your reply. I have already updated the base theme enfold to its latest version and I have also re-uploaded the child theme downloaded from this website kriesi.at, and the problem still exists. What I do see is that in the child theme folder there are only header files, there is no footer.php.
I will send you the access to wordpress and the server to see if you can help me with this error, it is a bit urgent, I would appreciate your prompt help.

Thanks for that. Please read what I wrote earlier:
Are you overriding footer.php or header.php in a child theme?
Did you replace header.php in your child theme with the parent theme file?

RikardHi Rikard, no I have not overwritten the header.php files of the child theme with those of the parent theme, I have just uploaded the child theme again overwriting the same child theme to see if that solved the problem.
I ask, do you want me to overwrite the header.php from the parent enfold to the child enfold?
