    Hi there,

    Not sure if you can help me here but our website (shared in private content) is using Enfold 4.5.2 and my brother, who we lost trgically last July, was our webadmin. We don’t seem to have access to themeforest/Envato to find our private key to update.

    Would there be any way to recover that private key or is it lost forever?

    Appreciate any help you can provide, thank you.

    Hey Jason,

    Sorry to hear about your loss. We don’t have any records purchase keys unfortunately, maybe you have access to his emails? If so, then you can try using that to login. Otherwise you can try reaching out to Envato/Themeforest support.
