    I have read through all of the recent past support on this and my fullwidth easy slider stopped working on our website and I cannot figure out the solution.

    It seemly happened randomly and I have tried updating Enfold to the current version, updating WordPress the its most current version, deactivating all my plugins, and building a new page. I remain stuck at the slider only showing the arrows and the dots for the images present, but none showing up when you click on these.

    Can you please help me figure out what I have that is conflicting and causing the slider to not work?

    Hey roconnor2,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We’ve found a few script errors caused by the anchor link in one of the submenu items called “Home Hardening”. This issue might be preventing the slider from displaying correctly. Please edit the menu item and replace “#home%20hardening” with “#homehardening” (removing the space). Let us know if this resolves the issue.

    Thank you SO much! It was a bit more than that, but you sent me down the correct path to solve the mystery. The original build of the website had anchor HTML in Special Headings elements. I replicated that building the Wildfire Resilience page before I purchased a new license and updated Enfold to the current build. The fullwidth easy slider had probably broken before I ever started working on the new page. The current build has a warning about breaking the back or frontend of Avia by doing this, but I didn’t see it until you directed me to fix my missing underscore in Home Hardening.

    I went through, stripped the HTML out of the Special Headings elements and created anchors in HTML in code blocks instead. Problem solved!

    If I could send you chocolate for helping me crack this, I would!
