I have a problem with my site on the checkout page it is displaying 2 different card fields.
Once in normal text field formats then 2nd in the official stripe box that loads.
I only should have the 2nd field and not the additional fields below the address. It is confusing customers understandably.
I have tried disabling pugins and tested with another theme and the problem still persists. I can send login details if you need them.

Thank you for the inquiry.
Are you using a plugin for this? Please provide the login details in the private field so we can check the issue further. If the problem persists even after activating another theme, you may need to contact the plugin developers for additional assistance.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 8, 2025 at 10:30 am #1474824You can’t try and pass the buck on to this being a plugin issue.
As the plugin in question is Woopaymemts which has literally hundreds of thousands of downloads. I use this on other sites and have not experienced this issue before.
I will send you the logins to check this.
January 8, 2025 at 10:58 am #1474826This is the URL in question
You will need to add products to the basket to view this page. I can’t send you images here to show you the screenshot of the fields.

January 12, 2025 at 2:19 pm #1475020Hi,
Try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:.woocommerce-checkout .woocommerce-billing-fields .woocommerce-billing-fields__field-wrapper ~ .form-row.form-row-wide { display: none; }
Please ensure to copy the code from the forum and not an email notification so the symbols are not converted.
After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.Best regards,
