    Everything is updated – Enfold Theme + Paid for and registered new Support License.
    Cannot edit content!
    I get only a blank, static space when I attempt to do so.
    No plugin issues.
    This is the third day and no resoution.
    I need help or a refund please! I am out of time on this and can use another theme.
    Do you have Chat so I don’t have to wait a day between answers??

    It’s hard to help you out if you don’t provide us with any information to where we can see and reproduce the problem that you are having. Please post WordPress login details in with administrator rights in private.

    Is this happening on a specific page? We created a private test page, switched to the Advanced Layout Builder (ALB), and everything seems to be working as expected. Please check the links in the private field and provide a direct link to the page where this issue occurs.

    It does not work. Tried 2 different devices, and both Chrome and FF browswers.
    All I get in all instances is a static blank box.
    I have a screenshot, but there is not much to see of course, but as described.

    I tried to add a text block to your test page.
    Could not add any text and when I tried to save, the entire page went blank.

    We can reproduce this issue on our end and it seems to be an issue with the admin-ajax.php file.

    admin-ajax.php:1
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

    The same issue occurs when we check the Media > Library, so it seems to be an issue with your server. Have you tried reaching out to your hosting provider? Please create a site backup, then try switching to a different theme to see if the same error occurs.

    We can reproduce the issue on our end. Please clone the site to a staging environment and provide the FTP details in the private field so we can investigate the issue further. Do you have a site backup or restore point?

    Yeah, I still have this on Bluehost, which I should not be using. Just been too busy to move to another host.
    I did check with them first, but they blamed the Theme.
    So I will bring this info to them and push a bit.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, but we can’t help you out any further if we can’t see server error logs for example. Also keep in mind that it’s the server throwing the error, not the theme.
