Hi, I’m having some issues with my urls. When I go to my website page /case-studies it forwards to the page /keen-case-studies and I do not know why… I have tried everything to fix include including resetting the permilinks, clearing the cache, toggling the performance setting, but the only thing works is if I change the page name to some like /queen-mary. Can you assist with fixing this bug? I want the page case studies to go to the url /case-studies and not forward to /keen-case-studies. I have included a video of the issue as well a temporary login.

    Hey stevengamez,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Did you create a post or category with the same title, or did you install a redirect plugin? You may need to adjust the name or slug of the post or category that has the same name as the page. You can also save the content of the page as a template, delete it, remove it completely from the trash, create another page, and then apply the template. Let us know the result.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Originally I had another page that was named case-studies which I renamed to keen-case-studies. That is when the issue started. No redirect plugin. I have adjusted the names of the slugs. There is no post or category named case-studies. I have tried deleting the pages but the issues persists. Nothing seems to work… The page keen-cases-stdies was created a few days ago… This is when the issue started. It doesn’t make sense that this new page would be a redirect…

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

There is a 301 redirect when we try to access the case-studies page. Have you checked your .htaccess file? A plugin might have modified the file and created a 301 redirect for these pages. Can we delete the pages and recreate them? Please create a site backup or restore point, or set up a staging site so we can properly debug the issue.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

I figured it out. I reached out to the hosting provider. Thank you so much for you support.
