I am a regular user of enfold but not able to understand why this is crashing and even enfold menu in the sidebar disappeared suddenly.
We are getting the following error this is the second time in 1 week

We can’t access the theme options. Please set the user role to admin. Where did you get the “Enfold Child Theme Template” plugin? Can we deactivate the plugins temporarily?

Thanks for the update. Could you try uploading a fresh copy of the theme via FTP to see if that helps? If you need help with that, then please share FTP login details with us as well.

What do you mean it disappeared? Please download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest account as instructed in the documentation above, then upload it via FTP. Don’t forget to create a site backup or restore point before doing so.

IsmaelI am not sure you guys understand what i am telling and this is getting a little frustrating.
I have been using Enfold for 7 years now and I know how the theme works and I understand wordpress. You have to really read what i am typing, the website delmont.ae was developed 3 – 4 years back and it was working till 12 of December 2024 and then suddenly the theme was active but the enfold sidebar menu disappeared
I set it up again on 16 December 2024 and yesterday again the sidebar folder disappeared.
I want to know why is this happening. I asked the server guys they informed me to ask you. I cannot be more clear than this

You mentioned that the “theme suddenly disappeared.” How so? We tried logging in to the dashboard, but the account seems to be invalid. Please ask your hosting provider to generate an FTP account so that we can access the server files.
