    Dear Support Team,

    On the website lebendig-fühlen.de there is a contact form in the “contact” section: http://neu2024.lebendig-fühlen.de/#kontakt

    When I first entered the regular email address (info@lebendig-fühlen.de) in the contact form, it unfortunately did not work.
    I then recoded the email with the “ü” (umlaut) using a coding program and got the following result: (Email address hidden if logged out)
    I have now integrated this email address into the contact form.
    But it does not work again!

    When I asked the provider, I was told that the coding was correct and it was due to the contact form.

    Could you please help me here?

    Hey Diana,

    If you create a test page and use a contact form plugin like Contact Form 7 for example, does it work then?

    The support request has now been resolved. After consultation with the provider, it was probably the umlaut “ü” that was causing problems. We have changed the entire domain of the site.
