Hello,
i tryed to use the Plugin https://berocket.com/woocommerce-ajax-products-filter/
but for a reason the range filter doesn’t work. (url can be found in the private section). The filter works with other themes. Could you please take a look at this? Or do you have an idea what that could be?
hopefully you can help.
Thanks
Chris
Hey Chris_85,
I don’t have any experience with this plugin, and don’t see any errors in the backend, but when I test the number of items change so it looks like it is working.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi Mike, thanks for taking a look! If you try the range Filter in Google Chrome you can see that range filter jumps back after a short time. I cant find a solution for this. Its strange. Maybe you can look at it again and have and maybe you have an idea what the problem could be.
Thanks
Chris
Hi,
Thank you for the update
The range filter jumps back, but the values are updated, and the product items at the bottom are refreshed, so it seems to be working. Unfortunately, we are not familiar with this plugin. You may need to contact the plugin developers for additional assistance.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hello,
thanks for your answer. i tryed it without the enfold product-element and it works. So the plugin (Filter) is not working with the enfold “Product Grid Element). if you look to this site and try the range filter you can see how it should work: https://woocommerce-products-filter.berocket.com/shop/
cheers
Chris
Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Yes, unfortunately, the Product Grid element uses its own query and does not rely on the default product query, making it incompatible with the plugin. You may need to continue using the default product element instead. Please contact the plugin developers for additional assistance.
Best regards,
Ismael
