Hello.
I was wondering if Enfold has the ability to recreate a box hover with the text and link etc. as shown under the ‘Our Services’ section of this website home page (see PC)?

There’s nothing exactly like that in the theme by default unfortunately, but it should be possible to achieve it with some custom CSS. If you need further help, then please post a link to where we can see the elements which you want to apply that effect to.

first – what kind of box ( enfold ) a column or a icon-box etc. here is an example with columns:
i gave a custom class to those columns : hoverstyle.
