After installing the theme, I created the token on Envato Market to be informed about updates and everything seems fine.
If I want to create another website, do I need to buy another theme license?

A theme license is valid for a single domain, including sub domains. If you plan to create a second site on a second domain, then you will need a second license as well. I would suggest that you create a separate token for each site, so that you can revoke the tokens for each site if necessary.
