    I am new to Enfold – I tried PHP7.3, 8.2 and 8.3 always with the same result. I can not save anything.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I’m seeing a 403 forbidden error on the file in private. Please reach out to your hosting provider and ask why that action is not allowed.

    And what should be the output?
    If I open it I see a „0“
    Where do you see the 403 forbidden?

    Hi,

    If you open the inspector in your browser, then you will see the 403 error. Direct access to that file is not possible, it’s not a front end file.

    Hi,

    Don’t follow the link that I posted, inspect the page while trying to save something in the theme options and you will see it. This is a server error and not something that we can fix for you.

    Hi,

    Did you read my reply earlier in this thread? 403 error means that the server is not allowing the action, we cannot fix this for you. You need to reach out to your hosting provider for further help.
