    Hi

    I have a background video in a color section where it will not load on Samsung or Google phones.
    It give a black screen (The background color are black)

    How can that be?

    It’s not working on desktop either on my end, what happens if you try to upload it to Youtube instead?

    Background videos are actually disabled on mobile devices by default, so they should only play on desktop view. You need to add a fallback image that will display instead of the background on mobile devices.

    Hi

    There are a background image and it show the video as a placeholder image on Samsung and Google phone.
    So it load the video but are not playing, it just look like an image.

    So are there something that are blocking it for samsung and Google phone?

    As mentioned above, the video is disabled by default on mobile devices. Only the fallback image will display in its place.

    But the video are loading on Iphones, we have testet that but it is on Samsung/Google phones it is not loading the video.
    And it is not the fallback image that are showing on Samsung, it is the video but as an image.

    The background image that are chosen for the color section are a different image, and it is not showing.
