    Hi!

    I am aware that this is a common issue as I checked the forum. However, I am unable to download the Photography Portfolio Demo. Below are the things I have already done:

    1. 1. Downloaded the demo from Github and placed it in the uploads folder
    2. 2. Contact my hosting provider. They checked on their end and stated the issue is from the site where I need to download the demo
    3. 3. Added the necessary code to WordPress and followed the manual upload instructions

    While the demo files are in the appropriate place they are not being detected by the template.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can only see that it times out, but no error messages. That doesn’t give us any clues unfortunately. We could import the demo manually for you by adding the shortcodes instead, would that be ok? Also, what exactly do you need from the demo?
