Enfold License

I am unable to create an account in order to respond to forum posts, but I have pasted my initial query and response below: I also included the email address I think was used in the past.

the email that was associated with log in no longer exists and I am writing support to try and find the history of my purchase in order to get license and original files, so it not possible to create a new log in. I already looked in Theme Forest, but its the same issue with the log in credentials no longer valid due to the email not existing. Please advise if there is a way to create an account so I can respond to any answers to this query.

We can’t help you out with your Themeforest account unfortunately, you would have to reach out to them directly. If you post the email that you used in private, then we can have a look at the account on our support forum.
