Hello,
We updated the logo on our homepage, located on the top left. It shows the new filename when I hover over it, but it still displays the old image. Inspecting the page shows also the new filename, PrimaryLogo_2.png. We use a custom child theme based on Enfold. I checked the usual PHP files but couldn’t find anything hardcoded. Any idea what could be causing this? I am adding WP admin access data in the private content in case you want a closer look.September 19, 2024 at 8:23 am #1467432Hey jim-cp,
Thank you for the inquiry.
You may need to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings in order to ensure that the changes take effect. If you’re using a cache plugin, make sure to purge the cache before checking the page again. Let us know of the result.

IsmaelSeptember 19, 2024 at 4:33 pm #1467466Thank you for the quick response. File compression was already turned off, and the theme is not detecting any optimizer or cache plugins but we have Page Speed Boost by WP Engine installed. I did a cache purge on that one and also cleared my local browser cache, it didn’t help.
September 19, 2024 at 6:42 pm #1467477Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m seeing the file in private in the source code, is that correct? That is the file that has been set in the theme options as well.
Best regards,

September 20, 2024 at 4:52 am #1467499Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We can’t find the text “Families” or “Spouses” in the home page. Have you tried updating the value of the Enfold > Theme Options > Transparency Options > Transparency Logo settings?
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 20, 2024 at 6:32 pm #1467534There is no separate text; those are on the logo image. But turning the transparency logo on and off again did the trick somehow. It is showing the new logo now. Thank you!

RikardSeptember 20, 2024 at 11:05 pm #1467541I am still having an issue with the colors though. The old logo was changing colors when scrolling, white text and star on dark background and black text and star on a white background. I am not sure how to adjust the settings to accomplish that. You can see what I mean at the production site which I am including in the private content. The production site has the transparency options turned off as well.
