Color section with background image gone haywire

Can you please help me with the background color section?

I have many of these color sections as headers and have never had a problem before. I turned off most of the plugins, and it’s still the same thing.

I did not turn off the plugins you guys put in for me and set the settings when my website went wacky last time. I am afraid to turn them off.

Can you help me figure out what is going on? I am working on the Photography Review Page https://photomagx.com/photography-reviews/

The old background image where you see the camera bag is okay, but if I change it to parallax, or switch it from where it is set, it goes haywire, too.

I tried numerous things for over an hour…

I will supply more info for you in private section. UPDATE: now the other elements have gone haywire and the plugins I turned off are still off.
