    Hi, I’m using pre-built ELEMENTOR pages on my site, however there is still white space between the header and body of individual pages. I’ll leave you a screenshot to show you what my website looks like
    https://prnt.sc/jSXHLdX0Hwkg
    I would like to know if there is a way to eliminate that white band. I also tried editing the page in settings on Elementor:
    https://prnt.sc/m4q6x5JUkWts
    and I changed the layout from default to full width
    https://prnt.sc/TH6GyGorXyo1
    /
    https://prnt.sc/DwmZG6qm0qK8.
    However, the background of the pages turns BLUE
    https://prnt.sc/q7d9sv7kcmDt
    I would like to know if I can also modify it with a css or another method.

    I also contacted Elementor support and they told me that only you can solve this problem for me. Could you help me? I use elementor as the theme is compatible with it and I have more experience using it. the default editor is complex for me to use and since other colleagues on this site will also work on it, I think it is more appropriate to use ELEMENTOR which is common knowledge. You could help me

    I would appreciate a quick and comprehensive response.
    Thank you
    Mariarita.

    Hey Mariarita,
    Thanks for the screenshots and the link to your site, please note that Elementor & Enfold are not compatible, Enfold has it’s own page builder (Advanced Layout Builder) and using other builders like Elementor typically cause many errors.
    I don’t see this error on the page in your screenshot:

    but I did find another page with the error:

    This error seems to be caused by the Elementor adding a extra “header” to the page, are you using the Pro version with the custom “Header & Footer” addon? This will cause many errors from my experience. Nonetheless for a quick CSS fix try this:

    #main header.entry-content-header {
    	height: 0;
      padding: 0;
    }

    Best regards,
    Mike
