September 12, 2024 at 1:17 am #1466759David Zarotsky GuestI purchased twice your theme. Once with license jfEScygDg1dNXmL4f90dLYVnpSxpAaRA
and another with license number 3c86787d-9b6e-42e2-a087-b6c8a707449c.Now I have problem updating both websites.
When I update and put my old function php I am getting white screen on both websitesSeptember 12, 2024 at 4:42 am #1466775Hey David Zarotsky, Thank you for the inquiry. Looks like both sites are using a very old version of the theme. Please download the latest version (6.0.3) of the theme from your ThemeForest account, and then try to update the files manually via FTP. Check the documentation below for more info. // https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp Best regards,

Also make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (6.0.4) on both sites: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ Best regards,

You need to indentify your custom code, then add your functions one to by one to the new file. You can avoid this problem in the future if you simply use a child theme. Best regards,

September 12, 2024 at 9:04 pm #1466855It’s impossible to update the Enfold theme September 13, 2024 at 9:14 am #1466883Hi, Thanks for the update, but we can’t really give you any other advice other that what we have already given you. Please start off with a clean installation, then move your code in to a child theme function by function to see when things start breaking. Best regards,
